At Talaby, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please carefully review the following refund policy to understand your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the credit to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@talabyapp.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@talabyapp.com for instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
